SYNOPSIS
Through the cadence of spoken words and the inherent negotiation within languages, ‘opal’ rekindles sensitivity at the core of human connection. It mirrors the rhythms of our inner worlds, embracing both the fluidity and fragility of speech. In the interplay of light and shadow and laying on a poem by Fariha Róisín, the film tries to reveals beauty in the unspoken—the trembling, the yearning, and the pulse between words.
